Do I need to assemble my Pirrama picnic table? - Just a little bit!

The Pirrama picnic table requires only a small amount of assembly by you. Shipping the Pirrama table to you part-assembled means we are able to save on shipping costs, so we can pass those savings on to you and are able to offer free express shipping (sorry NZ, we're not able to offer free shipping to you yet). 

When you order a table, you will receive an email containing a digital download link to the assembly instructions. However, if you don't receive the digital download link for any reason, click here to access the PDF.

IMPORTANT! - Do not over-tighten the leg/handle screws marked as "J" on the assembly instructions. The J screws should be tightened loosely, to allow the legs to open and close freely. Damage resulting from over-tightening of these screws will void the product warranty.

 

How do I return an item? - We offer a 30-day guarantee!

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning when our package is delivered to your address. 

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days* to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium products will meet or exceed your expectations, but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at support@picniiq.com and we will respond within 48 hours to assist with the process. All returns will be subject to our returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? - Yes! 12 Months.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, American Express, and Afterpay.

 

What are your shipping options?

Shipping on our products is free within Australia, and to the USA, Canada and UK. We use Australia Post within Australia and to New Zealand, and UPS express to the USA, Canada and UK.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Yes, we also ship to New Zealand. Shipping costs to NZ are indicated at checkout. Shipping times to NZ are generally between 7 and 12 business days, but naturally this may vary around peak holiday times. 

Shipping times to the USA, Canada and UK are generally 3 - 10 business days from the date of despatch.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us at info@picniiq.com within the first 48 hours of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you in accordance with our returns and warranty policies.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team in our fulfilment centre in NSW, Australia to ensure they arrive in perfect condition- regardless of how far they go. 

 

Is my Pirrama table oiled or varnished (and how do I maintain it)? 

All our tables are hand-finished with natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly, nourishing linseed oil (unless stated otherwise in the product description). The colour of each table will naturally darken slightly over time, revealing the beautiful, rich amber tones of the timber it was made from.

The advantages of finishing our tables with linseed oil (instead of toxic, chemical varnishes) are that it:

  • is easy to care for
  • is eco-friendly
  • is non-film forming (as opposed to chemical varnishes)
  • has an elastic and wear-resistant finish
  • enhances the beauty of the grain
  • is compatible with most other natural oils.

To maintain your Pirrama table, we recommend coating with double-boiled linseed oil, or beeswax once a year or as needed. Superficial scratches can be easily repaired with a small application of oil locally. 

 

I've snapped a latch off my Pirrama picnic table! Can you help?

Yes we absolutely can - we've got you covered. We can either send you a replacement latch set for you to install yourself, or you can send your table back to us (at your own cost) and we will replace the latch/es for you. Contact us at info@picniiq.com for more information.
